Delete your data

You can permanently delete your Cycle Empire account and the personal data linked to it at any time. There are two ways:

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

• Open Cycle Empire and go to Profile → Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently removes your profile, rides, territory and other game data, and revokes the sign-in tokens connected to your account. It is a full deletion, not a deactivation.

Option 2 — By email

Send a message to privacy@cycleempire.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your data.

Signed in with Facebook?

You can also remove Cycle Empire from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then use either option above to delete the data we hold.

What happens & when

We delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data without undue delay after we verify your request. We may retain a minimal amount of information where the law requires it (for example to comply with an accounting or legal obligation); backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
